Service Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

AI100.io — Brand Visibility Benchmark

This Policy describes when and how ECONDATA TECHSCRIBE LTD ("we", "us", or "our") delivers the AI100.io service to paying customers.

1. What you receive

When you purchase an Access Key (priced at USD 999.00 at the time of this Policy), you receive:

  • One Access Key entitling you to 200 Research Runs.
  • The Access Key is delivered on-screen immediately upon successful payment confirmation and also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • Each Research Run launched against your Access Key produces one Brand Visibility Report.
  • Reports are delivered as hosted HTML pages on ai100.io plus downloadable XLSX, JSON, and CSV exports for the same data.

2. Delivery timing

  • Access Key: delivered within minutes of payment confirmation. Payment confirmation timing depends on the chosen payment method (cryptocurrency settlement typically completes within 10–60 minutes).
  • Research Run completion: each individual Research Run typically completes within 30–60 minutes. Complex runs across multiple AI providers and languages may take up to 3 hours. You receive an in-app notification and email when your report is ready.
  • Report accessibility: reports remain accessible at their hosted URL indefinitely while your Access Key is active. Downloadable exports remain available for the same period.

3. What constitutes one Research Run

One Research Run is one complete brand benchmark study consisting of:

  • 200+ standardized prompts across 9 scenario types.
  • Execution against the current production set of AI model providers (currently OpenAI GPT-4 series, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, DeepSeek; subject to change as the methodology evolves).
  • Aggregated scoring across multiple metrics (Mention Rate, Top-3 Rate, Top-1 Rate, Average Position, and others).
  • Generation of one Report file (HTML + XLSX + JSON + CSV exports).

Viewing previously generated reports does not consume a Research Run. Only launching a new run against new brand inputs consumes one run from your balance.

4. Service availability

  • The Service is provided on a 24/7 best-effort basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or completion of any specific Research Run within any specific time window.
  • Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance where reasonably practical.

5. Failure and restoration

  • If a Research Run fails to complete because of a technical error on our infrastructure and no Report is delivered, the consumed run is automatically restored to your Access Key balance. No action required from you.
  • If a Research Run produces a Report but the Report is delivered with technical errors that prevent normal use, report the issue to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery; we will investigate and either reissue or restore the run.
  • Failures caused by inputs you provided (invalid brand data, missing URLs, blocked target websites) do not trigger automatic restoration; review your inputs and retry.

6. No physical shipping

The Service is fully digital. No physical goods are shipped. All deliverables are accessed through ai100.io or sent via email.

7. No subscription, no recurring billing

Each Access Key is a one-time purchase. There is no automatic renewal, no subscription billing, no recurring charges, and no auto-debit. When your 200 Research Runs are consumed, you may purchase a new Access Key at the then-current price.

8. Merchant of record

ECONDATA TECHSCRIBE LTD is the merchant of record for all transactions. Your invoice, receipt, and statement descriptor will reference ECONDATA TECHSCRIBE LTD or AI100.IO.
